Create and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to implement initiatives that focus on maximizing the customer experience Junior Project Manager will recommend strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure optimized utilization of company resources. Leverage appropriate project management methodology to best fit project scope to effectively and efficiently deliver on project goals. Junior Project Manager will engage with stakeholders to capture project requirements. Analyze project requirements and provide recommendations on project priority, resource requirements, and timeline for project delivery allowing for an optimized and balanced project execution aligned with business priorities Develop and manage project plans necessary for implementation of identified key initiatives. Junior Project Manager will track project resources, issues, risks, and other associated performance indicators to ensure project success.
