The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee and manage mechanical construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge in mechanical systems, and a proven track record in project management within the construction industry. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage mechanical construction projects, coordinating with engineering, construction, and procurement teams
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress to ensure project milestones are met
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to facilitate project execution and resolve issues
Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and management
Oversee the procurement process for mechanical components and systems, ensuring timely delivery and quality control
Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies as necessary Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering preferred
4+ years Mechanical Project Manager experience
Experience with commercial mechanical/HVAC projects
Experience with projects $500k+
Proficient in project management software and tools
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction practices
Excellent leadership and communication skills
PMP cert preferred
Familiarity with Timberline and Bluebeam software preferred Benefits Salary $90-115k base
