We are seeking a motivated Back Office Technician / No-Code Automation Specialist to join our team and play a key role in developing and implementing automation ecosystems for our clients. Working primarily with our established templates and leveraging your technical expertise, you will build, test, and deploy workflows using leading no-code platforms. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering tangible results for our clients by streamlining their operations. This position offers a unique opportunity for rapid growth, serving as a fast track into a Project Management role for high performers.

Responsibilities:

Implement and configure business automation workflows using no-code platforms, with a strong focus on GoHighLevel, n8n, and Make.com . Utilize and adapt pre-built company templates for various client automation needs (e.g., client onboarding, lead nurturing, operational efficiency). Integrate various software applications using the specified no-code tools. Troubleshoot technical issues within the automation platforms and workflows. Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and client goals. Maintain documentation for implemented solutions. Manage individual project tasks effectively to meet delivery timelines.

Qualifications:

Proven, hands-on experience building and managing complex workflows using no-code automation platforms. Direct experience with GoHighLevel, n8n, and/or Make.com is strongly preferred. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new software/platforms. Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and translate them into effective automated solutions. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Self-motivated and capable of managing project-based work independently. Excellent problem-solving skills.

Requirement:

Must be able to work physically out of our Miami OR Fort Lauderdale office for the first 60 days of engagement. (Non-negotiable requirement for initial training and integration). Nice to

Work Structure & Compensation:

This is a project-based contract role. Compensation ranges from $300 to $1,500 per project , based on the complexity and estimated hours required. Initial 60
