In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our technology, guiding them through every step of the implementation journey and making sure no detail goes unnoticed. What You’ll Do Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs and gather key information to ensure smooth and successful implementation. Build detailed, customer-specific project plans to keep each launch on track and on time. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather insights and resources necessary for implementation. Organize your daily work with clear goals that align with organizational priorities. Track project progress, monitor deadlines, and ensure that every milestone is hit. Respond to support requests with empathy, urgency, and helpful solutions. Keep stakeholders in the loop with clear communication around goals, timelines, and outcomes. Deliver engaging training sessions to help clients feel confident using our products. Conduct post-launch check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and identify any gaps or areas for improvement. Maintain open lines of communication with clients throughout the entire process—collecting feedback, offering updates, and gaining approvals. Tailor our systems to meet each client’s unique needs and document all customizations made. Provide product guidance, answer questions, and address concerns with clarity and professionalism. Keep systems and formats up to date as changes roll out. Build and update client plans in our platform to reflect on the latest information. Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. Ensure client data is accurately processed and integrated with our vendor partners. What We’re Looking For A high school diploma or equivalent experience. Someone who can confidently present solutions that inform and excite.
