Job Summary:

We are looking for a certified Project Manager (PMP) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, controlling project scope, and ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and risk registers.
Lead and coordinate project teams through the full lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure successful project delivery.
Apply PMI best practices, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid), and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana).
Manage project changes and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Required Qualifications:

PMP certification (active, in good standing).
Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
3 7 years of project management experience in a relevant industry.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Program Manager with PMP certification to oversee a portfolio of related projects, ensuring strategic alignment, resource optimisation, and value delivery across initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing dependencies, stakeholder communication, and long-term program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Define program objectives, scope, and success metrics in alignment with organizational strategy.
Oversee interrelated projects, managing cross-project dependencies and risks.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure consistent execution and reporting.
Build program roadmaps, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure timely communication.
Track program performance and drive decision-making through data and insights.
Manage program budgets, schedules, and resourcing across multiple workstreams.
Facilitate governance, change control, and continuous improvement processes.
Act as a mentor or coach to project managers and junior staff.

Required Qualifications:

PMP certification (active, in good standing).
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in project/program management.
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Proficient in program and portfolio management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Clarity, MS Project Online).
