Job Type:

Full-Time Position Overview CES Consultants, Inc. (CES) is seeking a BIM Specialist to lead the development and coordination of accurate 2D and 3D models for infrastructure and construction projects. This role focuses on managing BIM processes using tools like Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks, while ensuring seamless integration with project management and asset management systems. The ideal candidate will drive a collaborative, data-driven modeling approach that aligns with project goals and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

Develop and coordinate detailed 2D and 3D models using Autodesk software (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks). Ensure BIM processes are collaborative, data-centric, and integrated across platforms. Integrate BIM models with project management and asset management systems. Collaborate with internal and external project teams to ensure smooth model coordination. Maintain and enforce BIM standards, templates, and protocols. Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with industry and internal standards. Provide training, mentorship, and technical support on BIM software and workflows.

Qualifications Required Skills and Experience:

Associate degree in design/drafting or equivalent experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry. Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, processes, model coordination, and documentation.

Technical Skills:

Autodesk Revit Civil 3D Navisworks AutoCAD Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with 3D detailing and integration with PMIS or Asset Management Software is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Preferred Certifications (Not Required but a Plus) CBIM (Certified Building Information Modeling)
