Position Overview Seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead and execute the end-to-end migration of a large client base from a legacy platform to an enhanced SaaS system. This role involves cross-functional coordination with internal teams (engineering, product, data, QA, and client services) and direct engagement with client stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within healthcare or pharmacy settings, with a proven track record managing complex enterprise SaaS implementations or migrations. Key Responsibilities + Manage the full migration roadmap for 300+ clients from a legacy to a next-generation platform. + Create structured migration templates, timelines, and milestone trackers to ensure scalable and repeatable execution. + Coordinate internal teams to ensure technical readiness, successful cutover, and post-migration support. + Lead migration “war room” efforts during go-lives and serve as the escalation point for issue resolution. + Act as the primary liaison for clients—communicating project plans, expectations, and support processes. + Refine and iterate on migration playbooks and tools based on feedback from early client migrations. + Report status, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership and project sponsors. + Conduct post-migration retrospectives to inform ongoing process improvements. Requirements Qualifications + 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise SaaS or healthcare technology. + Previous project management experience in healthcare and/or pharmacy environments is required. + Demonstrated success managing complex system migrations or software implementations. + Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, data migration, and release coordination. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage technical and non-technical audiences. + Experience with healthcare data or systems handling sensitive patient information is preferred. + PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications are a plus. + Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
