Job Description

Randstad is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and drive complex business process improvement and digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will report directly to the Project Delivery Lead and will be responsible for ensuring project execution remains on track, within scope, and aligned with stakeholder expectations across multiple functions and teams. You will serve as a key liaison between client stakeholders, vendor partners, and internal project teams-providing visibility into progress, risks, and resource alignment. $80 – $85 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 5

PMeducation:

BachelorsResponsibilities Manage the end-to-end delivery of business process improvement and digital transformation projects. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and scope documentation. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment across business, IT, and vendor teams. Monitor and report project performance metrics and KPIs to measure outcomes and track success. Identify, assess, and escalate program risks; develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with the PMO. Lead cross-functional project teams, providing mentorship, structure, and accountability. Coordinate governance routines, including preparation of executive materials and updates. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards.

Qualifications:

Domain Experience Minimum 6+ years of experience in distribution or a related industry, with direct exposure to the aligned function. 3+ years of experience in program/project management or PMO roles, preferably in a matrixed or global environment. Understanding of digital transformation trends, challenges, and best practices at large corporations. Proven track record of leading successful transformation projects across functional teams. Technical Skills Bachelor s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP) a plus. Aptitude in digital tools and process optimization. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ProjectPlace (or similar project collaboration tools).
