Project Manager Master Plaster, Inc. 2116 North Dixie Highway, Hollywood, FL 33020 Overview Master Plaster, Inc. is seeking experienced Project Manager. Exterior Stucco/Framing and Drywall/Interior Finish experience/knowledge is a plus. Primary Responsibilities Contract Administration, RFIs, Change Orders, Submittals. Oversee submission of paperwork by field personnel. Production/Budget Tracking. Coordination of field staff on multiple projects. Attend subcontractor meetings as deemed necessary. Skills/Requirements Authorization to work in USA. Experience as a construction Project Manager (+7 years) Experience with digital plans and estimating software. Experience in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word). Well-organized and reliable, capable of managing own time and responsibilities Good verbal/communication skills (spoken and written) Procore experience is a plus Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
