Project Manager – Systems Position Available In Broward, Florida

Description We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with expertise in NetSuite to join our team on a short-term contract basis. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has the ability to streamline processes and train others effectively. Responsibilities:

• Set up intercompany elimination journal entries within NetSuite to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop automated processes for recurring journal entries to enhance efficiency.
• Provide training and support to team members on the use of automated systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address reporting needs, including activity and ad hoc reporting.
• Analyze and prepare adjusting journal entries as required to maintain financial integrity.
• Ensure the proper documentation and implementation of recurring journal entry procedures.
• Utilize Oracle NetSuite technologies to optimize system performance and reporting capabilities.
• Create detailed reports to support financial decision-making and operational improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to journal entries and system processes. Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a project management or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in NetSuite, including CRM and Oracle NetSuite technologies.
• Demonstrated experience with intercompany eliminations and journal entry preparation.
• Ability to automate financial processes and ensure recurring journal entries are accurate.
• Familiarity with activity and ad hoc reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on financial accuracy and system optimization.
• Effective communication and training skills to support team development.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tasks within tight deadlines.
