Job Description
Description We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with expertise in NetSuite to join our team on a short-term contract basis. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has the ability to streamline processes and train others effectively. Located in Sunrise, Florida, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
- Set up intercompany elimination journal entries within NetSuite to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop automated processes for recurring journal entries to enhance efficiency.
- Provide training and support to team members on the use of automated systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address reporting needs, including activity and ad hoc reporting.
- Analyze and prepare adjusting journal entries as required to maintain financial integrity.
- Ensure the proper documentation and implementation of recurring journal entry procedures.
- Utilize Oracle NetSuite technologies to optimize system performance and reporting capabilities.
- Create detailed reports to support financial decision-making and operational improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to journal entries and system processes. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a project management or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in NetSuite, including CRM and Oracle NetSuite technologies.
- Demonstrated experience with intercompany eliminations and journal entry preparation.
- Ability to automate financial processes and ensure recurring journal entries are accurate.
- Familiarity with activity and ad hoc reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on financial accuracy and system optimization.
- Effective communication and training skills to support team development.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tasks within tight deadlines.
