Project/Operations Manager Position Available In Broward, Florida

Project/Operations Manager TEM Systems Inc 15491 SW 12th Street, Sunrise, FL 33326 Established company seeking a truly motivated and dedicated person, to assist in our continued growth in the South Florida market. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four (4) years of significant experience Project Managment and Supervisory experience in Automated Gate Systems, Access Control, and CCTV Surveillance systems. This position will require multiple skill sets to including Project Management, Supervision over existing field personnel. This position has both office and field work. Industry experience in Automated Gate Systems is preferred since the Homeowners Associations are our niche. We also service and install CCTV Surveillance and Access Control Systems. This proper individual needs to be motivated to learn, follow policies, and wants to grow with the company. This is a salaried position. Expect candidate to follow company policies, follow direction, able to think, and is truly looking for a career. Possible opportunity in Account Management or Branch Management for the person who can perform in the job above FIRST. This is part of this growth strategy of TEM Systems Inc, a 68 year old Florida based company. Affiliates will include TEM Systems LLC, a North Carolina based company started in 2008 and has successfully expanded in 2015 with an office in Myrtle Beach, SC. Also TEM Systems Texas, LLC based in Houston, TX and GateHouse Solutions LLC. Further areas of expansion include San Antonio/Auston, Dallas, and Phoenix TX.
