This role supports the end-to-end coordination of project details, from scheduling to execution, while serving as the primary liaison between clients, builders, installers, and internal teams. A strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a proactive approach are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets. Manage product order entry, service requests and delivery and install scheduling for production and project accounts. Coordinate project activities and ensure all team members are informed and aligned. Track project progress, identify and address issues, and report on key metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met. Serve as the central point of contact for clients, installers, builders, and internal departments Work towards becoming knowledgeable in all aspects of the company, seeking training opportunities as needed. Provide administrative support to Projects Division Manager and teams as needed. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field preferred. Experience in a customer service facing role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Results-driven with a strong focus on collaborative teamwork Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to use advanced functions and analyze data effectively. Bonus Eligible Benefits following the 1st of the month
