The job would entail visiting roofing job sites daily to ensure quality and uniformity on the sites. Overseeing the installations to ensure the installs will meet and pass city inspections as well as customer expectations. Enforcing contracts and collecting balances due or getting finance documents signed. This position requires extreme roofing knowledge including carpentry knowledge to verify that plywood decking, facia boards, and possible support trusses when replaced, are done according to city and county code. This position will focus it’s majority on tile roofing and the applicant should have a broad knowledge of this style roof.
