Commercial Door and Hardware Project Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager for our commercial door and hardware Department in Fort Myers, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, specifically in the commercial door and hardware industry. Must have Division 8 and 10 experience.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project success Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Manage project teams and subcontractors Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies Provide regular project updates to management and clients

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in the commercial door and hardware industry Strong knowledge of commercial door and hardware products and installation methods Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
