$39.6K – $49.7K a year 1 day ago Qualifications Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Excel High school diploma or GED Organizational skills Entry level Full Job Description Special Orders Coordinator Under the guidance of the Special Orders Coordinator and the US Director of B&M , the Special Orders Coordinator to supports the special orders process through article and order creation of merchandise in the assigned department. The Special Orders Coordinator will be responsible for supporting corporate and retail teams and as well as brand partners and vendors throughout the special orders process. The Special Orders Coordinator is an integral part of the Merchandising Team and is critical to the delivery of the merchandising strategy. They must have a sound knowledge of the systems required to conduct their role successfully. Responsibilities Enters merchandising data into internal systems Creates PO’s in SAP Updates existing orders within the special orders system Communicates with vendors and retail teams for SO and Bespoke Requires to communicate effectively across the business, keeping management up to date with their performance and any relevant business issues. Assists with event coordination, including off-site store events
Requires:
flexible to travel and able to attend off-site events outside of regularly scheduled work hours and days, including weekends, to support retail Other responsibilities and tasks assigned Essential Experience & Knowledge Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Excellent organizational skills Ability to coordinate a number of completing priorities Jewelry or watches experience preferred College degree preferred, High School diploma required Passion for jewelry is a must!
