We are seeking a skilled Window Treatment Project Manager to oversee the entire project lifecycle, including sales, coordination, fabrication, and installation of window treatment solutions. This role requires strong project management skills, customer relationship management, and technical expertise in window coverings.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Engagement:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and designers. Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide accurate quotations. Present window treatment options and guide customers in selecting the best solutions. Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Project Coordination & Management:
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables from start to finish. Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and installation teams to ensure quality and timely execution. Oversee material orders, scheduling, and logistics to streamline project flow. Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and company policies.
Fabrication & Installation Oversight:
Supervise installation teams to ensure proper execution and adherence to project requirements. Troubleshoot onsite challenges and implement solutions efficiently. Work closely with fabricators to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and timely production.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience in window treatment sales, project management, or a related field. Strong understanding of window treatment products, materials, and installation techniques. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and design specifications. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with architects, designers, and contractors. Knowledge of motorized and automated window treatment systems. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
