Project Manager Career Pathway LLC 1 10th St N, Naples, FL 34102 We are a well-established commercial painting company based in Naples, Florida, known for delivering top-quality finishes and exceptional service to a wide range of clients. We take pride in the lasting relationships we’ve built and the projects we’ve brought to life across Southwest Florida. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Naples, FL, with an immediate start available. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial construction or painting and be comfortable managing multiple projects while working closely with clients, vendors, and our field teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients Prepare and manage job costing, budgets, and work orders Coordinate product submittals and deliver samples to clients Schedule and oversee project timelines and deliverables Communicate with field crews and subcontractors to ensure smooth job execution Monitor project progress, conduct site visits, and report on job status Assist with estimating support and planning as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Project Manager or similar role, within commercial/residential/industrial painting industry is
REQUIRED
Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in Google Suite /Microsoft Office and project management software (or willingness to learn) Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
