Job Description

Francois & Co., a luxury brand specializing in Architectural Surfaces, has been proudly serving distinguished homeowners and trade professionals on high-end projects for over 25 years. Headquartered in Atlanta, GA, we manufacture exquisite Scagliola fireplace mantels, kitchen hoods, and architecturals, as well as handcrafted metal countertops and range hoods. We also curate and import exceptional limestone and French Oak flooring from around the world. We are seeking a Showroom Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating an exceptional showroom experience that reflects our brand’s standards of excellence. The Showroom Coordinator will manage daily showroom operations, ensure beautiful product presentation, and assist clients, architects, and designers throughout the selection process. This role also provides key administrative support to our Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily showroom operations, maintaining a clean, organized, and visually stunning environment. Coordinate and refresh product displays to showcase new and existing collections. Engage with clients, architects, and designers, offering expert product knowledge and personalized assistance. Schedule and manage client appointments and consultations. Maintain accurate inventory of showroom samples and coordinate replenishment’s. Assist with promotional events, product launches, and showroom presentations. Support the Sales Team by managing client inquiries, preparing quotes, and maintaining project records.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in a showroom, retail, or customer service role, ideally within the luxury or architectural industry. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
