About the Role We are seeking a Project Manager with 5-10 years of professional experience to lead bold architectural projects from concept through completion. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge, an eye for design, and the desire to collaborate with a creative and ambitious team. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality documentation, coordinating across disciplines, and managing the full arc of project delivery — while shaping the BOLD future of our built environment. What You’ll Do Independently manage architectural projects of varying sizes and complexity
Develop construction documents that clearly express design intent and technical accuracy
Lead coordination with civil, structural, MEP, fire protection, and other consultants
Manage communication with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all phases
Guide projects through Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration
Conduct site visits, field reports, and construction observations
Provide mentorship and support to junior staff
Contribute to a collaborative team culture rooted in design excellence
Professional degree in Architecture
Licensed Architect (preferred)
5-10 years of experience in an architectural office
Proficiency in Revit required
Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex projects
Detail-oriented with a passion for design and technical precision
Skilled in cross-discipline coordination and client relationship management
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment What We’re Looking For Professional degree in Architecture
Licensed Architect (preferred)
5-10 years of experience in an architectural office
Proficiency in Revit required
