Assistant Project Manager Dicky Smith & Co., Inc. | DSC Builds is seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to build upon our dedicated and talented Team. In this role, you’ll support the Project Management Team in both office and jobsite settings, engaging in every aspect of the construction process-from concept to completion and beyond. We specialize in general contracting and commercial pool solutions on projects ranging from new construction to renovation and restoration. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related degree Proficiency in Project Scheduling Software, On-Screen Takeoff Software, AutoCAD/Drafting, MS Office Suite, and PDF documents Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a diverse team Solid mathematical skills with the ability to develop and program spreadsheets Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Familiarity with construction estimating, budgeting, and cost control Understanding of Construction Safety Standards and OSHA Safety Requirements Previous construction experience is a plus Additional Requirements Unwavering integrity, detail oriented, and professional Passion for learning and developing construction industry knowledge and skills Valid Driver’s license with clear MVR record Physical ability to safely traverse jobsite terrain, climb ladders and scaffolds, and utilize fall protection devices Endure exposure to weather extremes, heat, cold, rain, dust etc… Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary Bonus Opportunity Profit Sharing Program 401(K) retirement plan with company match Health Insurance Paid holidays/PTO Benefit Join Our Team!
