The Creative Project Manager will lead and oversee creative projects from conception to execution. This role bridges the gap between creative teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless workflows, timely delivery, and exceptional results that meet strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Establish well-defined project goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines for creative campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and stakeholder expectations Create comprehensive project plans outlining milestones, tasks, resources, dependencies, and budget, with clear metrics to track progress against creative campaigns and objectives Lead and foster effective communication and workflow among designers, writers, marketing partners, and external vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration towards project goals Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, proactively managing expectations, providing regular status updates, and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle Manage and assign project resources (personnel, budget & time), ensuring projects are delivered within the agreed-upon scope, schedule, and budget Collaborate closely with creative and brand teams to ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards, brand guidelines, audience needs, and project objectives Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks and dependencies, resolving issues promptly to keep projects on track Continuously evaluate and refine creative project workflows, processes, and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, SmartSheet, Jira) to improve predictability and efficiency Track project performance against established plans, analyze key metrics, and report on project success, gathering insights to inform future creative initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Project Management, or a related field 5+ years of experience in creative project management, preferably within an agency or marketing environment Proven proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, SmartSheet, Jira) Strong understanding of creative development processes (design, branding, content creation, digital marketing, print production) Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting Experience managing print production workflows and collateral development Preferred Qualifications Experience working directly with cross-functional creative teams (copywriters, designers, videographers, developers) Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative software Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies applied to creative projects Background in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry Experience in UX/UI, branding, or advertising agency settings What We Offer Base salary and bonus program Medical, dental, vision, life insurance effective on date of hire Generous 401(k) Plan Defined Contribution Plan Paid vacation and paid holidays Tuition reimbursement Professional growth and development programs to help advance your career!
