This position is to make sure all the parts that are required to progress a project are done on time, keeping quality and efficiency at all times.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities:

Manage & track project deliverables and timelines as well as communicate with customers to keep them fully informed Works with Managers to prepare and update progress schedules Monitor and assist in the daily production of the office and employees Monitor the progress of all accounts associated with the assigned department Resolve customer complaints or concerns Coordinate with departments on a daily basis Perform other duties as assigned Qualification Requirements 1 year of solar experience preferred 2+ years of of administrative experience Must be proficient at multitasking and competent in project management Excellent organizational skills required Excellent telephone skills required Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills required Excellent customer Inspection skills required Discretion and confidentiality Must have outstanding follow-through Must have a valid state driver’s license Physical demands and abilities Regularly spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers Regularly move from sitting to standing positions effortlessly Regularly spend long hours in intense concentration reviewing and entering financial information into a computer Regularly use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects Regularly see details of objects that are less than a few feet away Regularly speak clearly so listeners can understand Regularly understand the speech of another person Frequently work on projects that require deadlines Frequently bend to file and maintain files Occasionally lift 5-10 pounds Freedom Forever is an equal opportunity employer.
