This hybrid role requires in-office presence in Jacksonville, FL, three days per week. The selected candidate will play a critical role in developing comprehensive documentation to facilitate the closure of internal and external audit findings. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create robust, audit-ready documentation. Address additional documentation requests to ensure compliance and regulatory alignment. Define the full suite of artifacts required to evidence audit remediation and establish a structured plan for timely production. Track documentation progress, ensuring artifacts are delivered on schedule to support audit closure. Take ownership of documentation throughout its lifecycle—authoring, facilitating information gathering, iterating versions, securing approvals, and managing evidence collection. About You
- Required Skills & Qualifications ✔ 1-3 years of experience writing formal process documentation for IT functions (policies, procedures, terms of reference, senior management briefings).
✔ Ability to objectively assess documentation , identifying gaps, risks, and potential audit concerns. ✔ Strong analytical skills to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise documentation. ✔ Proven ability to collaborate across diverse teams , build relationships, and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced global environment. ✔ Experience managing small projects— tracking, reporting, and driving teams to meet deadlines. ✔ Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word) and content collaboration tools like Confluence or similar platforms . ✔ Understanding of the relationship between processes, controls, and risk management . Preferred Skills & Experience ✨ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. ✨ ServiceNow experience. ✨ Ability to network across organizations and influence decision-making. ✨ Experience with Technology Lifecycle Management (End-of-Life software/hardware) and IT Asset Management (preferred). ✨ Exposure to banking regulatory frameworks , either directly or indirectly (preferred).
