Full Job Description Job Overview:

Critical Response Strategies (CRS) is hiring highly organized and proactive Project Coordinators to support ongoing emergency management operations. This role involves coordinating personnel deployments, tracking critical timelines, and maintaining operational flow during crisis and disaster response. Successful candidates will excel in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and be comfortable managing logistics with urgency and clarity.

Responsibilities:

Assist with coordination and deployment of emergency response teams Track project timelines, staff movements, and operational updates in real-time Communicate effectively with team members, partners, and contractors under tight deadlines Support logistics, data entry, reporting, and task management Respond to operational challenges with creative problem-solving and speed Maintain availability for shifts up to 14 hours and weekend work, as required Provide status updates to leadership and ensure all project tasks are moving forward

Requirements:

Prior project coordination or project management experience strongly preferred Exceptional verbal communication and multitasking skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure Must have a reliable phone and laptop with access to email, text, and voice communication Ability to adapt to dynamic, rapidly changing environments Availability for extended shifts and weekend work is essential
