RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and support key technology initiatives, with a strong focus on data transformation. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and skilled communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in project management principles, change management, and IT delivery-especially in data-centric projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT and data transformation projects on time and within scope
• Apply project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project progress
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, deliverables, and success metrics
• Drive change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly and effectively to all levels of the organization
• As a Project Manager, you will partner with the internal data governance team to align project outcomes with enterprise data strategy
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the company’s scaling efforts

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in data transformation or enterprise IT initiatives
• Strong understanding of project management and change management principles
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a growing or scaling organization
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in environments transitioning from informal to structured processes is a plus
• PMP certification is a plus, but not required
  The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
