Job Description

Description We are a dynamic and fast-paced organization seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex technology projects on time and within scope. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business, and who excels at keeping projects organized, stakeholders aligned, and teams motivated. Key Responsibilities + Manage the full lifecycle of technical projects from initiation to deployment + Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics + Work closely with engineering, product, QA, and business teams to ensure alignment + Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations + Track project performance and ensure timely delivery within budget + Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate effectively with stakeholders + Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Agile or hybrid methodologies + Coordinate across multiple departments and external vendors as needed + Provide clear communication and reporting on project progress to leadership Requirements Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field + 5+ years of experience managing technology projects, preferably in a software or SaaS environment + Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) + Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies + Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously + Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills + Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, or similar + PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification a plus + Technical background or hands-on experience in software development is a strong advantage What We Offer + Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses + Flexible work environment (remote, hybrid, or on-site) + Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance + 401(k) with company match + Generous PTO and paid holidays + Professional development and certification reimbursement + A collaborative, innovative, and supportive team culture How to
