JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
One to three years staffingexperience preferred. Ability to interact with all levels ofmanagement, excellent customer service skills required. Knowledgeof MSP/VMS a plus! 1-3 Years experience within a deadline driven fast paced workenvironment, staffing industry preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Maintains and develop a solid working knowledge on assigned HRCGaccounts. ? Accountable for strategic and tactical management of operationsand

for assigned designated national accountcontracts ? Support and sustain positive client and customerrelationships. ? Upon receiving open job requisitions, review for understandingand if needed, contact VMS/MSP party for any clarificationrequired. ? Assure order fulfillment by driving the distribution of incomingrequisitions among all staffing/servicing branches and/or associatevendors, utilizing e-mail, software and various client web-basedsystems. ? Continuous follow-through among branches, associate vendors andhiring managers to discuss applicant submittal status andrequisition status.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
? Monitor and verify contractor engagement requirements/processesincluding but not limited to completion of reference checks,background checks, and drug screenings and any on-boardingdocuments that may be required for said account. ? Randomly review branch?s resume submittals before submitting toclient as required. ? Assists in developing a strategy and organizational support forprocess improvements, including establishing priorities, policies,procedures and quality standards. ? Implement and maintain positive customer-focused programs and aproactive service delivery that supports client objectives,productivity standards, and client satisfaction. ? Work in synergy with other departments with the common goal ofcontract compliance ? Ensure that routine audits are performed by all appropriatedepartments with the use of technological tools available withinAll-In-One ? Provide our National Account Managers/Directors feedback on howsuccessful the implementation and communication of an account hasregistered with our field offices ? Ensure consistent customer satisfaction, quality of service,productivity levels and individual/regional development within theBusiness Development environment. ? Achieve and maintain performance standards as a Dedicated AccountExecutives including mark up rate accuracy, special billinformation, corporate identification number accuracy, customersatisfaction and client communication restrictions. ? Build relationships and maintain communications with businesspartners (HRCG National Account Managers and other HRCG ProjectManagers) to provide superior customer service.
