We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee our heavy civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Coordinate and supervise project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among all members.
Prepare project budgets, forecasts, and schedules, and manage resources efficiently to meet project goals.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to provide updates and resolve issues as they arise.
Utilize project management software to track project progress and document project changes and decisions.
Lead project meetings, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications 4+ years relevant experience in heavy civil space
Proven experience in project management within the civil construction sector, with a focus on heavy civil projects.
Strong understanding of civil construction processes and best practices.
Proficient in project management tools and software, such as Bluebeam, Primavera, Procore, or HCSS.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly related to budget management and cost control.
