We are partnering with a reputable Heavy Civil General Contractor in Florida and are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join a team in the Greater Orlando area. This role offers exposure to diverse projects, including Site Development, Underground Utilities, Earthworks, and more. Join a dynamic team that fosters long-term growth.
Role Summary:
As a Project Manager, you will take the lead in managing both ongoing and upcoming projects. You will be responsible for ensuring successful project execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple civil construction projects from start to finish. Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years in civil construction and project management.
Project Familiarity:
Experience with Site Development, Earthwork, Underground Utilities, or Roadway (DOT) projects.
Team Player:
Strong collaboration skills with diverse teams.
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but relevant experience is equally valued. Estimating /
Takeoff Expertise:
Bonus points for experience in estimating or takeoff.
