Job Details What You Need To Apply For The Project ManagerRole:
Professional commercial design and management experienceProfessional degree in Architecture Architectural licensurepreferred LEED accreditation preferable Proficient in Revit and/orAutoCAD Basic experience with rendering software Excellent oral andwritten communication and customer service skills

Responsible for managingmultiple concurrent projects Reliable, completes assignments andmeets deadlines with accuracy and completeness Follows and givesclear instructions and takes direction from supervisor Wellorganized, able to retain knowledge for future use Solicitsfeedback and acts on it; looks to improve self and team Adjusts toa variety of situations; receptive to new ideas Adheres to ourdesign standards Works well in a collaborative environmentCommunicates with clients in a professional manner Mentor and trainproject team members Manage the preparation and quality control ofconstruction drawings for bid, permit, and client review as well ascoordinating revisions Manage and prepare submittal packages topermitting agencies Manage outside project consultants; civil,structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and client vendorsAssist in management of client billing and monitor profitability ofrespective projects Manage daily activities for Project Associatesand Interns Manage project construction administration, clientupdates and coordination with project team Manage or attend sitesurveys and prepare survey reports Schedule staff for project teamneeds Schedule project deadlines and communicate with clientPrepare/review response letters to address comments from outsidedrawing review Attend municipal planning and zoning meetings Attendpost construction compliance site visits/punch lists Perform/review code analysis documents and ADA compliance So if you’re anArchitectural Project Manager seeking a new role please send yourresume today!
