FIRE SPRINKLER PROJECT MANAGER
$60K-80K annually, DOE. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Fire Sprinkler Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members, subcontractors, and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations. In the ever-evolving field of fire protection, Total Fire Protection (TFP) prioritizes staying up to date with cutting-edge research, technology, and safety guidelines. Our dedicated team, comprising sales representatives, estimators, designers, installers, and service specialists, is committed to delivering the optimal fire protection system tailored to your needs. All TFP systems adhere to required specifications, codes, and insurance standards. RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage various aspects of fire sprinkler installation projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
Oversee project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Develop and maintain project schedules, material submittals, and change orders
Coordinate with field foremen, designers, and other team members to ensure project alignment and compliance
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, general contractors, and inspectors
Ensure projects meet NFPA codes, local regulations, and safety standards
Conduct regular job site visits and attend project meetings
Track and report on project performance and financials
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in the fire sprinkler or fire protection industry
Strong knowledge of NFPA codes and fire sprinkler systems (wet, dry, pre-action, etc.)
Familiarity with construction drawings, submittals, and job costing
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD or design platforms (preferred)
NICET certification or relevant licensing is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with project management software and estimation tools.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
