You’ll manage multiple crews, coordinate with General Contractors, and ensure each project is built to our exacting standards. Here’s what you’ll do: Lead daily operations across multiple construction projects Supervise and build effective teams across various sites Partner with General Contractors to prioritize and meet timelines Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are met Interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans with precision Oversee equipment usage to maintain site efficiency and safety Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and management Proactively identify and resolve challenges before they escalate Manage on-site inventory and operations Train crews on OSHA standards and uphold compliance
