We are seeking an experienced Architect Project Manager to oversee high rise multi-use projects in Hollywood, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, with proficiency in Revit , Auto Cad, MS Office, Google, MicroStation, Rhino, Grass Hopper, V-Ray, Bluebeam, and Procore. The successful candidate will be creative, motivated, and possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage project teams and ensure successful project delivery. Strong independent judgement and expertise in rendering and drafting are essential for this role. The position is Senior Level, 5 to 10 years of experience. The position requires experience in the development of design and construction documents from conceptual design through project delivery. Applicants should be able to produce complete Construction Documents coordinating multiple disciplines, including Structural Engineers, MEP Engineers, and other consultants as required. Candidates must be able to work independently with professional time management and leadership skills.
