Our Project Monitoring & Lender Services team is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join us in Tampa. What You Get To Do Conduct site visits to assess project adherence to schedule and budget and review pay applications produced by the general contractor. Review project drawings and specifications and all supporting documentation. Prepare reports for the project Lenders and ensure information accuracy. Evaluate the project’s hard cost budget reviews/take-offs. Assess the ALTA Survey review and various other construction-related up-front documents. Identify project changes, provide administrative support, and undertake tasks as required to maintain workflow continuity. Ensuring continuous feedback from annual reviews contributes to professional growth and project effectiveness. Occasionally networking to promote the business, building client relationships, cross-selling services, and resolving issues promptly. Maintaining familiarity with the local market, industry players, upcoming projects, and providing regular updates, while ensuring reports are thoroughly reviewed before submission. What You’ll Bring Minimum of 0 to 5 years of relevant experience. Professional qualification obtained.
