Position Title:
Drywall Project Manager OR Drywall Assistant Project Manager
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Drywall, specifically in metal stud framing, acoustical ceilings, and trim and door work (subcontracting experience preferred).
Proficient in software such as On Screen Takeoff, Plan Grid, and the Microsoft Suite.
OSHA Certification and bilingual abilities (preferred but not required).
Experience in lieu of a degree is considered.
Responsibilities:
Review contracts for accuracy and facilitate smooth handoffs between Project Managers and Estimators.
Create, manage, and review budgets while overseeing projects from initiation to completion.
Maintain day-to-day communication with Superintendents, General Contractors, Estimators, and other PMs.
Handle RFIs, RFQs, and Change Orders efficiently.
Manage commercial projects ranging from $500K to $10M, including restaurants, warehouses, and retail spaces.
