Purpose of the job:
The Project Manager is the primary company representative responsible for the overall final design, implementation, direction, completion, and financial outcome of major building envelope related projects (specifically within commercial roofing).
Job Duties:
As the primary company representative for major building projects, the Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring successful project outcomes. From design to completion, the Project Manager proactively directs and supervises all activities to ensure projects are completed in a quality, profitable, and safe manner. But the job doesn’t end there. Upon project hand off, the Project Manager becomes the principal customer service representative and industry professional to a wide range of stakeholders, tirelessly meeting and exceeding contract commitments, project challenges, customer needs, and expectations. Working closely with project administrators, CAD administrators, estimators, business development, project operations, accounting, vendors, and subcontractors, the Project Manager is a key player in achieving all objectives.
