You’ll assist the Senior Crew Coordinator in leading new store setups, relocations, remodels, and resets at CVS Pharmacy locations. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong organizational skills and experience with fixture installations and planogram execution.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Assist with store fixture and merchandising setup ✔ Manage fixtures, equipment, and materials on-site ✔ Support planogram implementation and adjustments ✔ Help lead and train setup crews and temp labor ✔ Conduct daily project reviews and progress meetings ✔ Travel weekly to project sites across multiple states ✔ Ensure setup quality, crew coordination, and project timelines

Requirements:

✅ Retail merchandising/setup or fixture install experience ✅ Available to travel regularly (mileage, hotel, and flights covered) ✅ Flexible for day and occasional overnight shifts ✅ Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license ✅ Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
