This role ensures field teams are equipped, scheduled, and aligned to project goals while serving as a critical liaison between project management, technicians, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch field technicians based on project timelines and site requirements. Track daily progress, technician availability, and milestone completion. Coordinate logistics including shipping of equipment, travel arrangements, and access to customer sites. Communicate updates, changes, and requirements between field staff, project managers, and clients. Maintain accurate project documentation, including site checklists, time tracking, and completion reports. Monitor issues and escalate delays, resource gaps, or customer concerns promptly. Support quality assurance by verifying task completion and gathering post-install feedback. Assist in process improvement efforts to optimize field operations and service delivery. 2+ years of experience in field service coordination, project support, or dispatching. 2+ years of experience working on the Support Desk Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities. Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or equivalent tracking platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with IT deployments, hardware installations, or logistics is a plus. Must have experience in the following areas in order to coordinate projects: The PC Installation Technician is responsible for the deployment, installation, and setup of desktop computers, laptops, monitors, and peripheral devices across enterprise or clinical environments. This role ensures that hardware is properly configured, connected to the network, and ready for end-user use, while adhering to organizational standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Box up existing computer to prepare for move to another location Unbox, assemble, and install PCs, monitors, docking stations, and other hardware. Connect devices to network and domain, perform imaging or software installs as needed. Migrate user profiles and data from legacy systems to new machines. Perform hardware diagnostics and troubleshoot installation issues. Document completed installations and update asset management systems. Coordinate with IT support teams for proper configuration and user access. Provide basic instruction or handoff support to end users post-install. Ensure proper cable management and workstation ergonomics.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in hardware deployment or IT field support. Proficiency with Windows OS, basic networking, and imaging tools (e.g., SCCM, MDT). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift and transport equipment and work in a fast-paced environment. A+ or similar IT certification preferred.
