Job Summary:
We re seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead and support HR initiatives focused on process improvement and efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and well-versed in HR operations and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end HR projects ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
Act as HR subject matter expert and provide insights on best practices and compliance
Drive change management and training for HR process improvements
Collaborate across departments to align project goals
Monitor project risks, budgets, and quality standards
Use project tools like MS Project, SharePoint, and HRIS for planning and execution
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in HR, Business, or related field
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in HR
PMP/CSM/Lean Six Sigma a plus
Strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
Experience with
HRIS, MS
Project, and change management highly preferred
Work Environment:
Hybrid role, standard business hours (Mon Fri)
Occasional travel may be required.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $70.00-$75.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
