The Mechanical Project Manager will be crucial in managing and overseeing mechanical projects from start to finish. Our typical projects range from $7M to $14M and involve significant mechanical installations, including piping and hydronic systems, chillers, and more, primarily for clients in the medical and healthcare sectors. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, project management proficiency, and leadership skills to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities Project Management:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all mechanical design and project activities to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of projects.

Technical Oversight:

Supervise the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, and hydronic systems.

Risk Management:

Conduct risk assessments to mitigate project risks and maintain thorough documentation.

Compliance and Quality:

Ensure adherence to safety regulations, industry standards, and quality objectives.

Team Leadership:

Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior team members.

Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and clients to facilitate project success. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing commercial mechanical projects.
Demonstrated success in overseeing large and complex projects.
