Full Job Description Project Control Invoice Specialist, Mid Key Role:

Be responsible for detailed financial and administrative activities such as budgeting, reporting, estimating, and analysis for small-to-moderate sized programs, organizations, or proposals, under supervision. Participate in budget preparation and monitor expenses. Prepare or assist in the preparation of cost-to-complete. Assist in preparing estimates. Perform cost and schedule variance analysis and provide recommendations. Prepare or assist in the implementation of customer requirements of moderately complex invoicing documentation.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience with financial analysis or program control Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint Ability to identify, research, discuss, and resolve administrative and financial issues with a team effectively Ability to be a team player, work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing requirements Ability to obtain a Secret clearance HS diploma or GED and 4+ years of experience with financial management or in a financial program control environment, Associate’s degree and 2+ years of experience with financial management or in a financial program control environment, or Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience with financial management or in a financial program control environment

Additional Qualifications:

Experience with FEDSIM or government financial contract management Experience with government contract financial management Experience using Microsoft Excel formulas and functions in calculation and analysis Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
