This role reports directly into the project team and is responsible for assisting in the coordination and implementation of both business and technology system solutions. Prior Healthcare Industry experience is helpful in this role that will work directly alongside our leadership team and guide us into our continued improvement. Summary Objective:
The Project Coordinator will manage the execution and delivery of new and existing projects in a fast paced, evolving environment, within Sight360’s organization. This position will work directly with the Director of Growth and Integrations (or Designee) to help develop and implement strategies for increased clinical and operational workflow optimization. The position requires strong self-motivation, self-discipline, and project management skills to maintain the project objectives, plans, and execute projects according to the parameters of the assignment while upholding best business practices. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Work alongside and assist the Director of Growth and Integrations (or Designee) on all day-to-day operations, including, but not limited to, accountable for managing the ticketing system to assist doctors and staff with integrated cloud-based applications, project management, troubleshooting, on-site clinical workshops, system integrations, automations, and ophthalmology focused medical best practices Follows project management mechanism to track and report on implementation processes on a regular basis, ensuring timely completion of all workflow components delivering high-quality results Responsible for managing Support requests by performing system related modifications, respond to end-user inquiries with fact-based solutions, troubleshoot problems that arise, and provide systems access Assist with the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) program and other full-scale project plans and associated communications Serve as a tier one intermediary for internal and external customers for all projects Communicate and interact with physicians and staff to make workflow modifications, educate, and provide support via webinars, demonstrations, and training sessions while upholding best business practices and medical industry standards Identify and correct or advise on operational issues observed during project management process Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team; escalate accordingly Other duties as assigned by the Director of Growth and Integrations (or Designee)
Supervisory Responsibility:

Working Conditions and Environmental/Physical Demands:
This position is a hybrid position which splits time between remote work at the employee’s home and in-person on-site visits to clinical locations within Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Citrus, and Hernando counties Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds Communicating with others to exchange information Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers Operating motor vehicle No adverse environmental conditions expected
Position/Type/ Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position Core hours of work and days are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Potential for evening and weekend hours, as required
Travel:
This position requires significant travel within business foot print to support business needs, attend business meetings and participate in training.
Qualifications:
1+ years of clinical ophthalmology scribing, technician, or equivalent experience Proficient with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, Nextech IntelleChartPRO preferred
