• Under the direction of senior Project Management staff, the Project Coordinator works closely with members of Project Management team to organize assigned aspects of a project.

Support the Project Management functions by documenting, updating and tracking projects tools. Support Project management staff in the overall progress of original initiative concept through final implementation. Interfaces with internal/external stakeholders as assigned. Assists in the audit of and adherence to quality standards and project document reviews.

• Supports project lead to coordinate ancillary project work, follow up, research or basic document.
• Creation for support of a project.
• Responsible for administrative tasks on a project (e.g., scheduling meetings and taking minutes).
• Documents, updates and tracks project by using existing templates (e.g., project charter, timeline, risk and issue logs, stakeholder register and communication plan).
• Communicates with project team and distributes communication per the communication plan or s assigned by project lead.
• May lead components of a project or smaller projects with low levels of complexity, risk, ambiguity and visibility. Qualifications
• T•he expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:•High School Grad or Equiv.

• 0-2 years of experience in project management support.
