Collaborate and build a trusted relationships with customer project managers and stakeholders Ensure customer satisfaction and serve as first point of contact for customer concerns and escalation. Championing and cultivating a detailed integrated project plan Overseeing multiple detailed activities that are required to deliver engagements, within scope, on time and within budget.
