This role will be responsible for ensuring jobs are efficiently run, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. What You’ll Be Doing Create and execute project work plans and revise as needed Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project Review sites for upcoming jobs to determine the readiness Contact customers weekly to receive change orders for all COR’s sent. Complete all monthly bills on time and accurately. Account for status on all projects to accurately complete monthly Work in Progress. Approve all A/P invoices Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client. Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards. Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. Hiring of new field employees Annual reviews for all field employees What You Bring Minimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager preferred Ability to lead by example Stellar organization skills Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders Valid Driver’s License Strong Computer Skills a Plus!
