My client is a well-established construction company specializing in high-rise multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial developments. With a strong track record of delivering premium residential and commercial projects, they focus on large-scale multifamily communities, luxury high-rise condominiums, and mixed-use urban developments. As they continue expanding their footprint in the Tampa market, they are actively seeking experienced Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers with high-rise experience to support their growing portfolio of vertical construction projects. Role Overview Candidates will bring prior experience managing or supporting large-scale high-rise construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. These individuals will play a critical role in overseeing budgets, schedules, procurement, and coordination between internal teams and external partners. Roles are available at both the Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager level, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities Lead or support the planning and execution of high-rise construction projects from start to finish Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking Coordinate with field teams, design professionals, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on scope, quality, and timelines Administer contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals Oversee procurement and delivery of materials and long-lead items Facilitate project meetings, provide updates, and maintain detailed documentation Identify and mitigate risks, conflicts, and schedule challenges proactively Ensure compliance with company procedures, client expectations, and safety regulations Ideal Candidate Experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager on high-rise multifamily or mixed-use construction projects (15+ stories preferred) Strong knowledge of construction processes including vertical concrete, curtain wall systems, MEP coordination, and high-end finishes Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, contracts, and specs Familiarity with construction management platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project OSHA 30 certification and relevant industry credentials are a plus Why Join My Client?
