Job Description:

Are you an experienced project manager with at least 6 years of success in a design-build environment? Do you thrive in dynamic settings and enjoy leading projects from inception to completion? If so, we encourage you to apply for the Project Manager II position.

Responsibilities:

Manage project schedules, cost projections, contracts, and status reports. Lead construction progress meetings. Oversee design development. Prepare and manage project budgets, profit projections, schedules, and bid documents. Negotiate and award subcontracts. Conduct jobsite coordination meetings and job status reports. Collaborate with owners/clients, field teams, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering/management. 6+ years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry (industrial, healthcare, retail, office, senior living, and multi-family experience preferred). Proven ability to manage commercial projects in the $1 – $30 million range. Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other project management tools. Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing. Strong communication skills and ability to interface effectively with superintendents, subcontractors, and owners/clients. Willingness to travel for projects as needed.
