This critical leadership role will ensure exceptional project execution, quality control, client satisfaction, and team development across residential, commercial, industrial, and government sectors. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for all aspects of assigned construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Interpret blueprints, specifications, and budgets through comprehensive ‘hand-off’ meetings with the estimating team. Manage labor, materials, subcontractors, equipment, and tools for each project. Coordinate and maintain construction schedules to meet or exceed client expectations. Implement and enforce company values, safety procedures, and worksite regulations. Uphold quality control standards and oversee on-site workmanship. Maintain frequent, professional communication with client representatives and vendors. Prepare and manage change orders with thorough documentation and approval protocols. Keep daily logs, photos, and project updates current in project management software (JobTread). Lead, mentor, and train field employees while reinforcing company culture and standards. Qualifications Proven 5

• 7+ years of experience managing construction projects, preferably with a focus on concrete/masonry.

Deep understanding of concrete construction methods and field operations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, project specifications, and job scopes. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and schedules. Proficiency with project management tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Committed to delivering exceptional client experiences and maintaining a clean, safe, and professional jobsite. Strong leadership qualities to mentor and uphold standards across teams and subs.
