PuroClean of Plant City is expanding, and we’re searching for a Project Manager to oversee restoration projects in East Hillsborough and Polk County. This position plays a key role in managing residential and commercial losses, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. What You’ll Do:
Oversee and manage restoration projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget Provide repair and restoration estimates using Xactimate Evaluate construction progress and team performance to maintain quality standards Communicate with clients, adjusters, and team members to ensure smooth project execution Develop project timelines, budgets, and work schedules Travel as needed to oversee projects
What We’re Looking For:
3-5 years of experience in restoration and disaster repair Strong estimating skills with proficiency in Xactimate Experience handling mold, water, and fire losses, including job scoping Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to pass a background check and a valid driver’s license
