Summary of the Project Manager I The Project Manager I will be applying company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. They will determine a course of action based on guidelines and modify processes and methods as required. They should have a basic knowledge of task management and project management concepts to apply this knowledge and basic problem-solving techniques to define and resolve problems. They will determine a course of action based on guidelines and should be able to manage multiple customer projects working with differing timelines. Responsibilities for the Project Manager I Manage full implementation project life cycle from kick-off preparation through implementation completion and transition to support for small to mid-range projects Manage customer relationships and expectations through regular touchpoints, distribution of status briefings and onsite meetings Interface with customer staff across levels and departments throughout project lifecycle Influence customer attitudes, behaviors, and intentions throughout every phase of the implementation process, ensuring alignment, adoption, and long-term success Ensure that all projects are executed properly maintaining customer satisfaction, along with attaining desired outcomes in cost, quality and delivery timeframes Track project timelines updating the team with status reports in order to meet and exceed projected metrics Work with management to determine resource management, project plans, and risk assessment in order to keep the customers on target Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues in order to optimize results while minimizing project costs Partner with diverse departments such as Sales, Product, Sate reporting, and RCMS to drive alignment, streamline workflows, and achieve shared project goals Build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions Focus on providing standard professional advice and creating initial reports/analyzes for review by experienced team professionals Focus on providing standard project guidance based on platform implementation methodologies and creating initial reports/analyzes for review by management Qualifications of the Project Manager I Bachelors’ degree (additional equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree) 2 years’ experience in a project management or related role PMP preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for the Project Manager I Strong communication skills, both written and spoken Expertise in organization and multitasking Able to juggle multiple projects at once with little to no direction Use a consultative approach with clients and adapt communication style to the audience Ability to travel 25% of the time Qualifacts is an equal opportunity employer.
